{"id":63,"date":"2023-08-03T19:48:15","date_gmt":"2023-08-03T22:48:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/juntospelasaude.org.br\/?page_id=63"},"modified":"2024-10-01T13:48:48","modified_gmt":"2024-10-01T16:48:48","slug":"i-want-to-support-health-projects","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/juntospelasaude.org.br\/en\/take-part\/i-want-to-support-health-projects\/","title":{"rendered":"I want to support health projects"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you are interested in supporting initiatives that aim to strengthen primary health services within the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS) in the North and Northeast regions of Brazil, we invite you to join us in a partnership based on the <a href=\"https:\/\/juntospelasaude.org.br\/en\/matchfunding-a-model-of-financing-that-leverages-resources-and-expands-impact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">matchfunding<\/a> strategy, a fundraising model that multiplies your donation, increasing impact and social transformation.<\/p>\n<p>In the model proposed by Together for Health, the minimum value for donations is BRL 1 million, which means, in the matchfunding logic adopted by the Program, a BRL 2 million support for health projects, since, <strong>for every 1 real donated by Partner Institutions, BNDES matches it with another 1 real<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>There are two paths for companies, social organizations or philanthropists to become <a href=\"https:\/\/juntospelasaude.org.br\/en\/the-initiative\/organizers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Supporters<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p>1) Check the health projects that are open for funding and choose which one you want to support, or;<\/p>\n<p>2) Write to <a href=\"mailto:juntospelasaude@idis.org.br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">juntospelasaude@idis.org.br<\/a> indicating projects you would like to support that are not on the Program website. Projects nominated by potential supporters will go through the Expert Committee to verify whether they meet the Initiative&#8217;s minimum requirements. Subsequently, they will be forwarded to the Validation Committee for an acceptance or rejection.<\/p>\n<p><em>Matchfunding<\/em> is a turbocharged financing model, which increases the impact capacity of socio-environmental projects and encourages giving culture in the conutry.
